How to Upgrade to iOS 5 beta 7 [Update]
Now that was fast! it’s been about two weeks since iOS 5 beta 6, and we already have ANOTHER beta to play with!! Upgrade procedures for iOS 5 beta 7 are identical to the previous beta, and you DON’T NEED to ‘Erase Contents and Settings’ to update over-the-air! Simply navigate to Software Update in the Settings App, and download/install the 75mb Delta update. The update should take no more than ten minutes on the average broadband connection.

*NOTE: ‘Erasing All Contents and Settings’ is NOT required for this update over-the-air.
*NOTE: For users with provisioning provided by a developer account (devs only).
Simple On-Device Upgrade (over the air)
1) Tap the Settings App -> General -> Software Update
2) Tap Download and wait
3) Tap Install (once download is completed)
*NOTE: download is available over wifi AND 3G
*NOTE: iDevice must have more than 50% charge at the time of install to be allowed to install – if lower than 50% the iDevice must be plugged in in order to continue
4) Download and install iTunes 10.5 beta 7 from developer.apple.com (for syncing purposes only)
5) DONE
